The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition inhibiting activity of TLR7/8, including effective amount of the compound, according to the invention, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, carrier, or filler. The invention also relates to a method for inhibition of activity of TLR7/8 and a method for the treatment of TLR7/8-mediated disorder selected from lupus, polymyositis, dermatomyositis, Sjogren’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis in a patient, who needs it, including a stage of administration to the specified patient of the compound, according to the invention, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.

EFFECT: compound of the formula (1) as antagonists of toll-like receptor 7/8 (TLR7/8).
