SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula Ib, where R1 denotes -OMe, -OEt or -CN; R4 independently denotes -NRC(O)R or -N(R)2; R5 denotes methyl; each R is independently hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl, optionally substituted with 4-methylpiperazinyl, 1-methylpiperidinyl or -OH; r denotes 1 and t denotes 1, or their tautomers or stereoisomers and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as antagonists of toll-like receptors 7/8 (TLR7/8).

EFFECT: disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing them for inhibiting TLR7/8 activity, a method of inhibiting TLR7/8 activity and a method of treating a TLR7/8 mediated disorder in a patient, wherein the disorder is selected from lupus, polymyositis, dermatomyositis, Sjogren's syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis.
