FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for the production of glucose syrup and hydrolysis lignin from cellulose-containing raw materials, which is primarily ground to a particle size of no more than 10 mm, and then to a particle size of no more than 0.4 mm, is proposed. Ground mass is homogenized and fermented with addition of enzyme of “Agrocell” mark for 120 minutes in heating of mass from 30 to 90°C. After that, fermented mass is inhibited by additional heating to 95°C for 5 minutes. Next, mass is filtered by cooling and sedimentation with precipitation of an insoluble precipitate of hydrolysis lignin, the resulting liquid is subjected to filtration, separating it into glucose syrup and sorbent based on hydrolysis lignin.
EFFECT: invention provides for fast, low-cost, and environmentally friendly production of fodder glucose.
