FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and is intended for the protection of electronic equipment from ultrashort pulses. The device consists of six rectangular conductors in the cross section on the dielectric layer, with the first and second conductors located on one of its sides, two additional conductors are located mirror-symmetrically with respect to the first and second conductors on the reverse side of the dielectric. The reference conductors are made symmetrically relative to each other on the upper and lower dielectric layers between the signal conductors and are interconnected along the entire length by at least two metallized holes.
EFFECT: providing protection against ultrashort pulses while simplifying the design implementation.
