SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to protect electrical circuits from ultrashort pulses. To achieve the effect, a microstrip line is proposed, consisting of a reference conductor in the form of a conductive layer, a dielectric substrate on the reference conductor, a signal conductor in the form of a strip on the substrate, and two lateral grounded conductors on the substrate, connected at the ends to the reference conductor, with line parameters that ensure the decomposition of the USP, acting between the signal and reference conductors, on pulses of equal amplitude. Moreover, each lateral grounded conductor is connected to the reference conductor at a point dividing the line into two segments so that the second segment is twice as long as the first.
EFFECT: increased USP attenuation.
