SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to protect electrical circuits against ultrashort pulses. For this purpose, a microstrip line is proposed, consisting of a reference conductor in the form of a conductive layer, a dielectric substrate on a reference conductor, a signal conductor in the form of a strip on the substrate and two symmetrical conductors from above connected at the ends with a reference conductor, with line parameters that ensure the decomposition of the USP acting between the signal and reference conductors on pulses of equal amplitude. Moreover, each upper conductor is connected to the reference conductor at a point dividing the line into two segments so that the second segment is twice as long as the first.
EFFECT: increased weakening of the USP.
