FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, more specifically, to a method for adaptive automated control of the microclimate in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The method is implemented by means of a control unit and includes the stages of obtaining microclimate data in a set zone and storing said data in the memory buffer of the control unit, performing vectorisation and normalisation of the data; creating data samples of the same size; forming the target values of a machine learning model (MLMTV), which guide the selection of control actions for at least one controller of the HVAC system, using at least one first block of the machine learning model (MLMB 1) containing at least one neural network (NN), wherein MLMB 1 receives data samples at the input; training at least one second block of the machine learning model (MLMB 2) containing at least one NN on data samples and MLMTV received from the output of at least one MLMB 1; copying the weights of synapses of the MLMB 2 NN to the MLMB 1 NN; processing the current microclimate data contained in the memory buffer of the control unit by means of at least one MLMB 2, resulting in at least one predicted value of a control action of the HVAC system; transmitting the predicted control action to the HVAC system and changing at least one parameter of operation of the HVAC system in the set zone.
EFFECT: reduction in the energy consumed by the HVAC system while controlling the parameters of the microclimate.
