SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, namely to surgery. The dimensions of the defect are measured. For transplantation, a skin flap is selected on the posterior surface of the auricle. The flap is taken, immersed in saline. The donor area is sutured with Prolen suture material. Then a free connective tissue graft (FCTG) is taken, according to the missing dimensions, on the hard palate between the distal surface of the 2nd premolar and the distal surface of the 1st molar. FCTG is immersed in saline. If there is not enough FCTG area to cover the defect in the tissues of the lips, a second FCTG is taken in symmetrical zones on the hard palate. The donor area is sutured in the same way. The wound of the lip of the maxillofacial region is treated from the mucosal side and a bed is formed under the free connective tissue graft. The grafts are laid in the bed on top of each other, without sewing together, filling the bed. After that, the patient's venous blood is taken and centrifuged to obtain PRF, a fibrin-enriched blood clot. It is applied to the FCTG. A skin flap is applied on top from the posterior surface of the auricle, suturing it to the edges of the defect with prolen suture material. Dressings are carried out daily. The risk of infection is controlled. The sutures are removed after 14 days from the area of the main defect, from the posterior surface of the auricle after 7 days, from the hard palate after 5 days.

EFFECT: method allows to create a natural anatomical contour of the lips to recreate the border, to replenish the volume of tissues lost due to injury.
