SUBSTANCE: method for the production of purified vegetable oil selected from palm oil, material based on palm oil, and combinations thereof includes following stages: a) optionally, degumming vegetable oil, optionally in the presence of acid, b) bringing vegetable optionally degummed oil into contact with an adsorbent containing aluminum oxide, while the adsorbent has an aluminum oxide content of no more than 9.5%, preferably no more than 9%, more preferably no more than 8.5% by wt., while vegetable oil has not been subjected to any deodorization stage. The use of the adsorbent is proposed for reduction in the formation of composite esters of chlorpropanol and fatty acids in vegetable liquid oil, which has not been subjected to any deodorization stage, in a method for the production of deodorized vegetable oils selected from palm oil, material based on palm oil, and combinations thereof, while the adsorbent has the aluminum oxide content of no more than 9.5%. The use of the adsorbent is proposed for elimination of the formation of composite esters of chlorpropanol and fatty acids in vegetable liquid oil, which has not been subjected to any deodorization stage, in the method for the production of deodorized vegetable oils selected from palm oil, material based on palm oil, and combinations thereof, while the adsorbent has the aluminum oxide content of no more than 9.5%.
EFFECT: invention allows for obtainment of palm oil with small or negligible small amounts of undesired propanol components, while saving high quality in all other aspects of oil.
