SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for prediction of effectiveness of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer (ET) programs. Method involves using the data of the general blood analysis, namely the concentration of erythrocytes and hemoglobin, taking into account the age of the women. If woman is 26 to 35 years old, and the erythrocyte concentration is more than or equal to 4.2×10¹²/l and the hemoglobin concentration is more than or equal to 140 g/l, the thickness of the endometrium is less than 12 mm and a low probability of pregnancy is predicted. If the concentration of erythrocytes is from 3.7 to 4.2×10¹²/l and hemoglobin is from 117 to 140 g/l, the thickness of the endometrium is more than 12 mm and a high probability of pregnancy is predicted.

EFFECT: invention provides higher prognostic accuracy of outcomes of IVF and ET programs.
