SHALLOW LYING SINGLE-VAULT METRO STATION, CONSTRUCTED BY A CLOSED METHOD FOR WORK, WITH A LINING MADE OF MONOLITHIC REINFORCED CONCRETE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E02D29/00

Abstract RU 2771803 C1

FIELD: transport construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of shallow lying single-vault metro stations by a closed method for work. A shallow lying single-vault metro station, constructed by a closed method for work, with a lining of monolithic reinforced concrete consists of upper, reverse vaults and walls, in which the structures of rail tracks and an island passenger platform are located, with service and technical rooms located under it. The lining of the station consists of two layers, while the upper vault and the walls of the first layer of the lining are constructed of steel pipes filled with concrete and made using microtunneling technology without stopping the traffic on the ground and without reconstructing communications located above the station. The reverse vault of the first lining layer is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, the second lining layer is made of monolithic reinforced concrete using formwork. To exclude the possibility of groundwater penetration into the metro, a waterproofing layer is placed between the layers of the station lining.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of constructing shallow-lying single-vault metro stations by a closed method for work, improving the manufacturability and safety of construction, reliability of operation.
