SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics, which can be used to predict the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease and obesity. In patients, the triglyceride/glucose ratio index and the body shape index are determined, after which the probability of the risk of developing adverse cardiovascular events P is calculated according to the formula. With a P value of more than 0.366, a high risk of developing adverse cardiovascular events is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to predict the onset of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease and obesity.
