FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of automatic monitoring of the physico-chemical components of pulps and solutions and can be used in the field of mineral ore processing, in the chemical and other industries. Automatic system for monitoring the physico-chemical parameters of the liquid phase of pulp comprises a controller with a visualisation panel, a sampler, a storage container with a material level sensor, valve switches, compressed air and water supply valves, a measuring cell made of an abrasive-resistant transparent material, and concentration sensors for the components of the liquid phase of pulp, made in the form of a conductivity sensor and a potentiometric sensor, a refractometer, a titrant microdosing apparatus, and an optical equivalence point indicator. The system additionally comprises a sample receiving and sending station; a pneumatic delivery pipeline; a reception and deaeration station with a material level sensor; a first measuring cell containing a conductivity sensor, a potentiometric sensor, and a refractometer; a second measuring cell containing a material level sensor, an electrically driven stirrer, and an equivalence point sensor made in the form of a video camera with an external source of illumination of the cell material; a container with an acid solution, equipped with a discharge valve; a container containing a solution of an indicator substance with a microdosing apparatus; and a container containing a titrant solution with a microdosing apparatus. The input of the sample receiving and sending station is linked with the discharge outlet of the storage container, and the output thereof is connected to the input of the pneumatic delivery pipeline, the output whereof is linked with the input of the reception and deaeration station, the first output whereof is linked with the input of the first measuring cell, the second output is linked with the first input of the second measuring cell, the second, third, and fourth inputs of the second measuring cell are linked with the corresponding outputs of the discharge valve of the container with the acid solution and the microdosing apparatus for the indicator and titrant solutions, wherein the measuring inputs of the controller are linked with the outputs of the level and concentration sensors, the refractometer, and the video camera, and the outputs of the controller are linked with the control inputs of the valve switches, the microdosing apparatus, the electrically driven stirrer, the video camera, and the external source of illumination.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of monitoring of the physico-chemical parameters of the liquid phase of pulp, solutions, and improved operating characteristics of the system.
