SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information systems for determining and rationing the consumption of fuel and energy resources for a train trip. The method for determining the standard energy resource consumption for the trip of an autonomous suburban multiple unit train consists in measuring the actual energy resource consumption for acceleration after each stop, the speed at the end of acceleration, the acceleration time and atmospheric air temperature, determining the amount of mechanical work done for acceleration and the current value of the mass of the multiple unit train. trains. The mass values are determined discretely in the process of each acceleration, after which they are averaged and the estimated standard energy consumption per trip Qpmp is determined. Estimated consumption of energy resources for compliance with the microclimate is determined using the current values of atmospheric air temperature and the coefficients of temperature influence on consumption. The energy resource consumption for idling of the power plants of an autonomous suburban multiple unit train is determined. After that, the actual and calculated standard values of the energy resource consumption are compared.
