The first output of the first controlled switch is connected to its own control input and, together with the second comparison circuit, to the control input of the first storage device, the second output of which is connected to the second input of the second comparison circuit, and the first output to the first input of the first difference calculator, the output of which is connected to the input of the third a comparison circuit with a zero threshold, the output of which is connected to the control input of the information transfer efficiency meter-computer and the first control input of the second storage device, the output of which is the output of the device. The second output of the first comparison circuit is connected to the second controlled switch connected in series, the second output of which is connected to the control input of the fourth comparison circuit, and the first output of the second controlled switch is connected to its own control input and, together with the fourth comparison circuit, to the control input of the third storage device, the second output which is connected to the second input of the fourth comparison circuit, and the first output to the second input of the first difference calculator. Additionally introduced serially connected multiplier and divider.

EFFECT: determination of the input traffic interval, in which the communication system operates with the required efficiency of information exchange, estimated by the values of the efficiency of information transmission, while ensuring an acceptable level of information loss, characterized by the values of the tangent of the angle of the band efficiency of the communication system.
