SUBSTANCE: for the main structure of the communication system in the range of its effective operation, determined by the threshold value of the communication system information transmission efficiency ηthr, finding a backup structure satisfying a condition for overlapping the interval of efficient operation with the main structure, after which after a given time interval tgiv is measured and current values of data transmission efficiency of main ηimain and backup ηiback structures are calculated., comparing them with each other, finding γin trans 1, γin trans 2 and transition interval Δγin trans (in form of input traffic values) from main to backup structure of communication system and back, after that, continuing measurements and calculations through tgiv, single value of input traffic is determined γin trans 0 – boundary of structural adaptation (change of structures) of communication system.
EFFECT: technical result is wider range of means.
