FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to assess the degree of malignancy of cells in glioma cultures. The effect is achieved by the fact that total RNA is isolated from the glioma cell culture, the synthesis of the 1st strand of cDNA is carried out using the reverse transcription reaction, real-time PCR is performed with primers matched to the exon regions of the NOTCH2, TUBB3, GDNF, SOX2, CDK4 genes, PDGFA1, NANOG, MDM2.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the accuracy of the method and simplifying it; method makes it possible to distinguish Grade II, Grade III and Grade IV glioma cell cultures according to the degree of malignancy.
