SUBSTANCE: method includes a histological study of primary neoplasm tissue preparations prior to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. In the preparations, the infiltrative component is evaluated in which the presence of trabecular, tubular, alveolar, solid structures and discrete groups of tumour cells is determined, the stromal component is also evaluated, in each case, presence or absence of discrete groups of tumour cells is determined in the infiltrative tumour component, inflammatory infiltration, the degree of malignancy according to the modified scheme on the basis of the estimated number of tubular structures, mitoses and cell polymorphism severity is assessed in the tumour stroma, an immunohistochemical study is also performed to evaluate the expression of bc1-2, P-glycoprotein in inflammatory infiltrate cells, MRP1 in inflammatory infiltrate cells, membrane expression of MRP2 in tumour cells and presence of its expression in the inflammatory infiltrate cells, presence of BCRP expression in the inflammatory infiltrate cells, and evaluated in points, the value of regression equation Y is calculated, and the probability of achieving complete tumour regression P is determined by the formula: P=eY/(1+eY). At P≥0.5, high probability, and at P<0.5, low probability of complete regression is predicted during neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
EFFECT: higher prediction accuracy.
