FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at predicting lymphogenic metastasis in colon adenocarcinoma. Tumor tissues are examined, followed by immunohistochemical examination with antibodies: Rb pAb to Beclin 1 (ab62472, Abeam), Rb Anti-mTOR PAb (El8590, Bioscience), p53 Protein (Clone DO-7, monoclonal mouse, RTU, Dako), Ki67 Antigen (Clone MIB-1, monoclonal mouse, RTU, Dako), Bcl2 Oncoprotein (Clone 124, monoclonal mouse, RTU, Dako). Expression of said markers in tumor tissue is examined by the following parameters: percentage of tumor cells with positive expression of beclin 1 protein, percentage of tumor cells with positive expression of m-TOR protein, presence of p53 protein expression in tumor tissue, character of p53 protein expression in tumor tissue, presence of ki67 expression in cells of inflammatory infiltrate, presence of bcl2 expression in cells of inflammatory infiltrate and calculating risk of lymphogenic metastases development.

EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness of early detection of risk of lymphatic metastasis.
