SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of poly(etherketoneketones) (hereinafter – PEKK) as a gas-barrier layer and, especially, for the production of components, which have low permeability for gases, such as CO2 or H2S. The invention also relates to a pipe, which is used for the transportation of oil liquids. The pipe contains a layer designed for being in contact with an oil output flow, while the specified layer contains PEKK and has permeability for CO2 at 130°C of less than 10-8 cm3 for a thickness of 1 cm and a surface area of 1 cm2, and per second and per bar of pressure of CO2, and/or permeability for H2S at 130°C of less than 10-8 cm3 for a thickness of 1 cm and a surface area of 1 cm2, and per second and per bar of pressure of H2S, wherein amount of CO2 and H2S is measured using a chromatograph, respectively. The invention also proposes a number of methods for the production of such a pipe.
EFFECT: invention provides obtainment of a pipe, which has low gas permeability, especially to corrosion samples, CO2 and H2S, even under extreme operational conditions.
