FIELD: materials grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disk grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, counter-rotating upper 4 conical and lower 5 conical disks. The lower conical disc 5 is made with the spreader 7 in the center and the angle of inclination α of the upper working surface 8, which exceeds the angle β of the natural repose of the material. The distance between the lower working 9 surface of the upper conical disk 4 and the upper working surface 8 of the lower conical disk 5 decreases from the center to the periphery from (1.2...1.5)Dmax to (0.1...0.5)Dmax, where Dmax - maximum particle size of the crushed material. On the working surfaces 8 and 9 of the conical disks 4 and 5, curvilinear ribs 10 and 11 of rectangular cross-section in the form of a spiral are rigidly fixed, twisted in opposite directions, the height of which decreases uniformly from the center to the periphery, providing a technological gap between the ends 12 and 13 of the curved ribs 10 and 11 two conical disks 4 and 5.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process.
