SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. The drug of the vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor is administered and the fistulizing operation is carried out. First, laser transscleral cyclophotocoagulation is performed with a diode laser with a wavelength of 810 nm and a laser energy power of 0.8-1.2 W, applied in the lower segment of the eye, from 4-30 to 7-30 hours, arc length 90 degrees, in the projection of the processes ciliary body 8 laser pulses at a distance of 2-3 mm from one another, while the exposure of each pulse is 5 seconds. Then, as a fistulizing operation, a microinvasive non-penetrating deep sclerectomy is performed, while under the formed superficial scleral flap (SSL) a hemostatic gelatin sponge 2.0 * 1.8 mm in size, 0.1 mm thick, pre-impregnated for 5 seconds in 0, 1 ml of 0.1% ranibizumab solution, and fix it to the scleral bed. SSL is fixed on the sides with two interrupted sutures, a continuous suture is applied to the conjunctiva.

EFFECT: method allows to achieve stable compensatory ophthalmotonus, to provide a hypotensive effect, and to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications.
