FIELD: testing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for testing the fit density of coupling halves without removing them from the shaft. The device comprises a tube, a faceplate having through holes symmetrically located relative to its longitudinal axis of symmetry, pins and a cup attached to the end surface of the faceplate, with a hydraulic jack placed inside it. The studs are fixed at one end in the above-mentioned through holes of the faceplate, and at the other end - in the through holes of the coupling half flange. The hydraulic jack is installed at a distance between the faceplate and a flat plate resting against the end surface of the shaft. The tube is connected on one side to the mentioned hydraulic jack, and on the other side to the pump, which is connected to the pressure gauge and the working fluid supply system.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to test the tightness of the fit of the coupling half on the shaft without its preliminary removal from the shaft.
