SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for measuring angular displacements of a skeletal model of a human musculoskeletal system using optical means, as well as means of computer vision and image analysis. A method for analyzing the angular displacements of the reference points of the human musculoskeletal system is proposed, characterized in that for its implementation a video image stream is continuously formed, on which a person is recognized in the frame, a skeletal model of the human musculoskeletal system is constructed from the recognized image of a person in the video stream, a set of reference points on the specified 3D model, with a continuous assessment of the angular displacements of the specified reference points of the specified 3D model, characterized in that in order to estimate the movement of the reference points in each of them, local coordinate systems are constructed, while these coordinate systems are built on the basis of the Gram- Schmidt, according to which each coordinate system depends on the position of the parent bone of the human skeletal model, taking into account its spatial rotation.

EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of measuring the angular displacements of the reference points of the skeletal model of the human MA at different positions of the person relative to the video camera, as well as increasing the productivity of equipment for diagnosing deviations in the human MA.
