FIELD: medical devices.
SUBSTANCE: methods for diagnosing functional disorders of the knee joint using machine vision. A method for diagnosing functional disorders of the knee joint is proposed, characterized by the fact that initially, in the source data module, a database of images of reference performance of diagnostic exercises, functional diagnosis of disorders of the knee joint with an atlas of reference values of angular values of opening and degrees of freedom of the knee joint is formed, after which the stages of anamnesis collection are carried out of a person’s life, medical history, functional and software diagnostics of the knee joint, with the formation of a recommended list of exercises for the correction and treatment of identified functional disorders of the patient’s knee joint, while at the stage of software diagnostics of the condition of the knee joint, images of the patient performing a set of diagnostic exercises are obtained, according to which, using computer vision technologies construct a three-dimensional model of the patient in the frame, including the designation of the location of the knee joint on the image of the patient’s musculoskeletal system in the form of reference points on his skeletal model, while assessing the spatial position of these points and using their angular movements relative to each other to determine angular values of opening and degrees of freedom of the patient’s knee joint, after which the obtained values are compared with the values of opening angles and degrees of freedom of the knee joint indicated in the atlas of reference values, and based on the obtained deviations, based on the generated database, a recommended list of specialized kinesitherapy and rehabilitation exercises for correction is formed and treatment of identified functional disorders of the patient’s knee joint.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of diagnostics and the accuracy of determining functional disorders of the knee joint.
