FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treating functional disorders associated with human knee joint diseases, namely to methods of kinesitherapeutic treatment using machine vision means. Disclosed is a method characterized by the fact that therapeutic exercises are selected for treating the knee joint in the form of weight-bearing exercises aimed at restoring the human knee joint. After that, formed complexes of therapeutic exercises are transmitted to client application of patient, patient performs specified complex of therapeutic exercises, wherein the patient performs the exercises in front of the video camera connected to the client application, where the therapeutic exercises on the knee joint are performed in three degrees of freedom of the knee joint. In the client application, a video sequence is formed, in which the image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at reference points, evaluating the angular movements of the reference point of the knee joint of a person during the therapeutic exercises and the obtained angular movements are compared with the angular movements of the knee joint of the individual of the angular values of the knee joint opening, at that, informing the patient about the errors or giving a signal to the patient about the need to stop doing the exercises, wherein every 15 sessions of performing the complex of exercises on the knee joint, distributed over the days, performing the repeated functional diagnostics, and addition of weight load is permissible only with increase of personal norm of knee joint functionality by 20%.
EFFECT: invention provides faster accurate treatment of functional disorders in knee joint diseases, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of knee joint diseases with independent performance of therapeutic exercises by the patient.
