FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of human rehabilitation in cardiovascular disease, namely to methods of rehabilitation of human locomotor apparatus in cardiovascular disease by kinesitherapeutic treatment using machine vision means. What is presented is a method involving carrying out rehabilitation measures during the period of convalescence by collecting a life history. Formed complexes of therapeutic exercises with recommendations on the technique, number and duration of their performance are transmitted to the client application of the patient, patient performs the specified set of therapeutic exercises, where the patient is positioned to the video camera during the exercises: standing – full face and profile from one or two sides, sitting – full face and profile from one or two sides, lying down – profile from one or two sides, wherein the therapeutic exercises are performed by the patient taking into account the type of cardiovascular disease, in front of the video camera, at the same time, with hypertension, the patient performs therapeutic exercises on the lower part of the locomotor apparatus in the position sitting – full face and profile from one or two sides, with hypotension patient performs therapeutic exercises on the upper spine of the musculoskeletal system in position standing – full face and profile from one or two sides, sitting – full face and profile from one or two sides, lying down – profile from one or two sides, in case of heart attack or stroke, the patient performs therapeutic exercises on the upper and/or lower spine of the musculoskeletal system in the position standing – full face and profile from one or two sides, sitting – full face and profile from one or two sides, lying down – profile from one or two sides, in the client application, a video sequence is formed, in which the image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at reference points, angular deviations of the locomotor apparatus of the patient are assessed relative to the support points of the joints, as well as relative to the central vertical axis of the patient's spine during therapeutic exercises; the obtained angular deviations are compared with angular deviations of the personal norm, at that, after every 15 sessions of performing a complex of exercises on the musculoskeletal system, distributed by days, repeated functional diagnostics is performed to monitor the dynamics of the personal norm, and addition of weight load is permissible only with increase of personal norm of functionality of musculoskeletal system by more than 50 % or after 6 months of regular trainings.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective rehabilitation of the locomotor apparatus of the patient in cardiovascular disease, as well as reducing the risk of injuries or aggravations of cardiovascular disease when the patient independently performs therapeutic exercises.
