FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of diagnosing functional disorders of the hip joint using machine vision. Disclosed is a method for diagnosing functional disorders of the hip joint, characterized by the fact that initially in the initial data module, formed is a database of images of reference performance of diagnostic exercises, functional diagnostics of hip joint disorders with an atlas of reference values of angular values of hip joint opening and degrees of freedom, after which performed are stages of collecting an anamnesis of a person’s life, an anamnesis of a disease, functional and programmed diagnostics of the hip joint, with the formation of a list of kinesitherapeutic and rehabilitation exercises for the correction and treatment of the identified functional disorders of the hip joint of the patient, at that, at the stage of program diagnostics of the hip joint state, images of a complex of diagnostic exercises performed by the patient are obtained, by which, using machine vision technology, a three-dimensional model of the patient is constructed in the frame, which includes the designation of the location of the hip joint on the image of the locomotor apparatus of the patient in the form of reference points on its skeletal model, wherein the spatial position of said points is evaluated and, based on their angular displacements relative to each other, the angular values of the opening and degrees of freedom of the patient's hip joint are determined, after which the obtained values are compared with the opening angles and degrees of freedom of the hip joint specified in the atlas of reference values, and according to the obtained deviations, based on the formed database, a list of kinesitherapeutic and rehabilitation exercises is formed for the correction and treatment of the identified functional disorders of the hip joint of the patient, wherein the complex of diagnostic exercises for functional diagnostics of hip joint disorders includes performance of exercises.
EFFECT: invention provides faster diagnosis and accuracy of determining functional disorders of the hip joint.
