The non-destructive transverse profiler of the relativistic electron beam is equipped with a working substance trap located coaxially to the working substance flow source on the diametrically opposite side of the tract section and communicated with the internal cavity of the tract section through an opening in its side surface, while the working substance flow source is made in the form of a metal vapor flow source consisting of a body, in the inner cavity of which a container for the working substance, a heater and a flat nozzle are installed, and the window is installed in the hollow body parallel to the central axis of the metal vapor flow source, the recording device is made in the form of a digital camera installed near the surface of the window, and the lens is digital camera is installed perpendicular to the window surface.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measuring the transverse profile of the electron beam.
