FIELD: steel making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a bucket for purging metal melt with gas during the out-of-furnace treatment of liquid metal in a steel ladle. The bucket for purging metal melt with gas consists of a metal casing, the wall and bottoms of which are equipped with a lining, inside of which there is a purging device connected to a receiver mounted on the outside of the bucket, while the receiver is made in a cavity formed by the outer wall of the housing, the stiffening ribs of the trunnion belt and a partition, and connected to the purging unit using pipeline.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide the steel ladle with an external receiver without changing its dimensions and simplifies and improves the reliability of the gas supply system.
