FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technological processes in the chemical industry, and in particular to methods for the manufacture of composite materials from fibers and matrices. Which is achieved due to the fact that the method for manufacturing a composite material using a plasma discharge, including cleaning and wetting the surface of the reinforcing component with a chemical solution, then placing the reinforcing component in the chamber of the plasma installation, in which air is preliminarily pumped out to create a low vacuum and a gas component is introduced, then the plasma parameters are set at the plasma generation unit, and then the plasma is directly generated to treat the surface of the reinforcing component, after which the reinforcing component is treated with plasma inside the plasma unit while providing plasma resonance of a standing plasma wave in order to clean the surface of the reinforcing component, open pores and create free radicals, at the same time, a matrix is formed in parallel, then a composite material is manufactured by applying the prepared matrix to the plasma-treated surface of the reinforcing component and carry out processing with ultrasonic waves, then molding of the obtained composite material and cooling of the manufactured composite material are carried out.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of the adhesive connection of the reinforcing component and the matrix of the composite material.
