SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic and maxillofacial surgery, radiation diagnostics. In the vertical position of the patient's body, the soft tissues of the middle and lower thirds of the face and neck are visualized using cone beam computed tomography. The horizontal line of the laser beam is set along the line of closing of the lips, the vertical line - along the line passing through the tragus of the auricle. The scanning layer thickness is 5 mm, the step is 5 mm, the scanning conditions are: tube voltage 60 k VP, current 12 mA, exposure time 29 s. With the thickness of adipose tissue in the lower third of the face, exceeding the thickness of adipose tissue in the chin and neck area by 1.5-3 times, sagging m. platysma and the skin above it, lateral platysmaplasty and liposuction are performed along the contour of the lower jaw from 2 sides. With a thickness of adipose tissue in the chin area of 0.5-1.5 cm, liposuction is performed. With a thickness of adipose tissue of 1.6-2.0 cm in the chin area and sagging neck skin, liposuction of the chin area is performed, moving and fixing the mobilized musculoskeletal flap of the lateral surface of the face and neck.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the aesthetic result with an adequate choice of a method for correcting age-related changes in the soft tissues of the middle and lower thirds of the face.
