SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmaceutics, namely to a pharmaceutical combination for the treatment of solid tumor, containing: a) effective amount of the first pharmaceutical compositions containing 3-(5-amino-2-(4-(2-(3,3-difluor-3-phosphonopropoxy)ethoxy)-2-methylphenethyl)benzo[f][1,7]naphthyridine-8-yl)propanoic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, aluminum-containing particles, a buffer agent, and one or several pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary substances, where the buffer agent is tris-buffer; pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary substance is mannitol; the composition has pH in the range from 6.5 to 9.0, and aluminum-containing particles are a suspension of aluminum hydroxide particles, and b) effective amount of the second pharmaceutical composition containing an antibody to PD-L1. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical combination for the treatment of solid tumor, such as defined above, additionally containing c) effective amount of the third pharmaceutical composition containing an antibody to CTLA-4.
