FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to a wound healing agent based on biologically active substances from basidial fungi. A wound-healing ointment for external use containing biologically active substances from basidial fungi and an ointment base including isotonic solution, vaseline, which, as biologically active substances from basidial fungi, contains melanin from natural raw materials of the fungus chaga or deep culture of the fungus chaga Inonotus obliquus, or a total polysaccharide from oyster mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus, or a mixture of the above melanin and the total polysaccharide in a ratio from 1:1 to 1:2, as an ointment base it also contains the emulsifier lanolin, the quantitative content of the components at the rate of 25 g of ointment is: biologically active substances from basidial fungi 0.25-0.75 g; isotonic solution 2.5 ml; emulsifier lanolin 2.5 g; vaseline the rest up to 25 g; moreover, the total polysaccharide of oyster mushrooms was obtained by grinding oyster mushrooms with a homogenizer at a ratio of biomass: distilled water 1:5, warming mushroom homogenate, precipitation of polysaccharides from an aqueous extract with 96% ethyl alcohol in a ratio of aqueous extract: ethyl alcohol 1:1, holding for 18 hours at a temperature of 6 °C±2 °C, centrifugation in for 20 minutes at 10000 rpm, drying of the resulting infusion liquid with total polysaccharides.
EFFECT: present invention involves an ointment that increases the wound-healing activity.
