SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for producing biologically active substances from fungi. Method for obtaining biologically active substances from fungi includes grinding the fungus raw material up to particles no larger than 0.2 mm, further, the ground raw material is frozen at a temperature of 15-20 °C for at least 2 hours, the frozen raw material is irradiated with a stream of accelerated electrons with an energy of 2.5-5 MeV and a dose of 16-20 Mrad, obtained in a pulsed linear accelerator, after mixing the processed fungus raw material with a liquid extractant and maintain the mixture for a period of time, at a temperature and pressure sufficient to maximize the yield of the desired biologically active substances from the feed and dissolve them in a liquid extractant, followed by separation of the desired product from the extractant.

EFFECT: above described method allows to increase the yield of the target biologically active substances from the fungus raw material.
