SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cooking and baking food industry and can be used for the production of edible dishes in the form of plates and containers. The method for manufacturing an edible container includes preparing a mixture with the following ratio of components in the original recipe in wt.%: wheat bran 30-35; flour wheat 20-26; fiber food beet 4-6; spirulina 3-10; water is the rest. Then the mixture is baked until culinary readiness between two frying ceramic surfaces of the waffle iron, heated to a temperature of 180-250°C. The space between the surfaces of the waffle irons forms the shape of the edible container obtained by baking the mixture.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to obtain edible dishes.
