FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to medical equipment, namely to a device for inhalation administration of drugs through a device for receiving water of a combined-arms filtering gas mask and a method for using it. The device includes a connection device for receiving water, to which a flexible adapter is hermetically connected in series, containing a capsule filled with a powdered drug, and a respiratory cylinder connected to the valve assembly of the combined-arms filtering gas mask. The respiratory balloon is filled with exhaled air into the mouthpiece of the water inlet. The method consists in that after the combined-arms filtering gas mask is attached to the valve assembly, the respiratory balloon is filled with air by exhaling into the mouthpiece of the device for receiving water. Then, by finger compression, the capsule is destroyed and a breath is taken from the respiratory balloon, the air flow of which transfers the released drug into an aerosol and delivers it to the respiratory tract.
EFFECT: ensuring inhalation delivery of drugs when working in personal respiratory protection equipment.
