FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely, to the production of beta-lytic protease Blp. Proposed is a plasmid DNA pBBR1-MCS5blp-PT5 ensuring the expression of beta-lytic protease Blp and containing the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 including the sequence of the T5 promoter, the blp gene encoding Blp from L. capsici VKM B-2533T, and the sequence of the lambda t0 transcription terminator. Also proposed is a strain L. capsici blp PT5 being a producer of beta-lytic protease Blp, produced through the transformation of the strain L. capsici VKM B-2533T with plasmid DNA pBBR1-MCS5blp-PT5.

EFFECT: possibility of producing Blp with an output of 43.99±3.79 mg/l.
