SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of 3D printing equipment, in particular, to an apparatus for 3D printing and a method for 3D printing. Apparatus comprises a body and a construction platform, wherein a working area is formed in the body, wherein a powder distribution apparatus, a printing apparatus, and a moving apparatus are located in the working area. Herein, the powder distribution apparatus and the printing apparatus are positioned in the same working area and are simultaneously moved by the moving apparatus to perform staggered movement along different trajectories of movement, so that the distribution of powder by the powder distribution apparatus and printing by the printing apparatus are performed simultaneously. Herein, the powder distribution apparatus is configured to commence operation first and distribute a uniform layer of powder with a preset thickness over the construction platform in a positive direction relative to the first direction (Y) in order to create a first powder layer. Herein, when the powder distribution apparatus has distributed the powder in a single stroke equal to the width of the printing apparatus, the printing apparatus is configured to apply a first pass of the binder over the first layer of powder by spraying in a positive direction relative to the second direction (X). Herein, the powder distribution apparatus is also configured to apply powder over the construction platform in a single stroke equal to the width of the printing apparatus in a negative direction relative to the first direction (Y).
