FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a method and devices for myocardium ablation. When implementing the method, two electrodes of the device are placed in contact with a tissue surface, voltage is supplied to electrodes, and tissue impedance and its change speed, and power and change speed of tissue are controlled. Initial conditions are checked by calculation of an initial impedance value, and treated tissue is heated until reaching a value of a set impedance reduction value. Energy given to a load for reduction in impedance to the set value is calculated, a thickness of tissue clamped between electrodes and the ratio of a change speed of the current power to the change speed of impedance relatively to a threshold value are assessed. Duration of operation in a mode maintaining a constant impedance level is established depending on the thickness of tissue, and achievement of transmurality is assessed after time of maintenance of the constant impedance level on plateau in the form of a horizontal section of an impedance curve, determined depending on the resulting assessment of the thickness of tissue. The device is intended for implementation of the specified method.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of transmural tissue damage, while reducing the total ablation time.
