FIELD: production of porous ceramic matrices based on stabilized zirconium oxide.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of porous ceramic matrices based on stabilized zirconium oxide, which can be used for the manufacture of metal-ceramic electrodes for electrochemical devices such as fuel cells, electrolyzers, oxygen concentrators, etc. The slip contains a powder of yttrium-doped zirconium dioxide with a particle size of 10-44 microns, graphite powder with a particle size of up to 44 microns, with a total mass fraction of ceramic and graphite powders of 26.7 wt.%, fish oil and oleic acid as a dispersant, a mixture of polyvinyl butyral PSh-1 and polyvinyl butyral LA as a binder, a mixture of polyethylene glycol PEG-200 and dioctylsebacinate as a plasticizer, isopropyl alcohol as a solvent at the following ratio of components, wt.%: YSZ powder 16-20, graphite powder 6.7-10.7, fish oil 1.9, oleic acid 1.3, polyvinylbutyral PSH-1 6.4, polyvinylbutyral LA 4.5, polyethylene glycol PEG-200 2.7, dioctylsebacinate 2.7, isopropyl alcohol 53.8.
EFFECT: reducing the time of the preparation of the slip, increasing the porosity of the ceramics produced from it, and also excluding highly toxic butylbenzyl phthalate from its composition.
