FIELD: samples research and analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for research and analysis of samples using optical means, in particular to instrumentation for detecting product defects and measuring their dimensions. The claimed control and measuring installation contains a light source for illuminating the sample and an optical sensor made in the form of a camera for capturing light falling on a matrix that transmits data to a computer. The setup is equipped with a base, side walls and a lid on which the camera is mounted, a light source in the form of LED illumination is placed in the inside of the side walls of the setup, the base on which the sample is installed is made transparent with illumination from the reverse side of the base.
EFFECT: creation of an installation for monitoring and measuring increased accuracy.
