FIELD: methods for examining and analysing samples using optical means.
SUBSTANCE: invention is proposed with the purpose of the creation of a method for controlling samples of increased accuracy. It is achieved due to the fact that the calibration of the control and measuring installation is carried out, the image is obtained and processed, and the internal and external parameters of the installation camera are calibrated, the image of the sample is obtained on a video camera with directional illumination of the sample, the image is processed by segmenting, adjusting and orientation of the boundary of the installation platform for its identification, segmentation is carried out using the Sobel filter, adaptive thresholding and Otsu segmentation, then the results are combined, the image is extracted and compared with the base sample using a convolutional neural network.
EFFECT: creation of a method for controlling samples of increased accuracy.
