SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vaporization devices with heating and, in particular, to electrically resistive heaters for vaporization and spraying of liquids in order to obtain inhaled aerosols. The aerosol generation device contains a heating element containing a sheet of electrically conductive material having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and containing many channels located in the area of the sheet and passing through the sheet from the first surface to the second surface, while the channels are made with the possibility of forming a directed vapor flow of liquid medium from the channels. The parameters of the power supply that supplies current through the sheet area in the form of pulses are set for pulsed heating of liquids above the boiling point. The node in which the porous medium is paired with a sheet to suppress the growth of bubbles during vaporization is removed for replacement. The temperature of the heating element is limited by means of a temperature sensor controlling the power supply unit, made with the possibility of matching the parameters of the pulse sequence with the thermal time constant of the heating element. Heat is removed through the air duct contained in the housing in which the heating element is enclosed. Channels in the area of the sheet are performed with a laser. Channels in a sheet made of a plate of highly alloyed silicon are performed by micro-processing using photolithography followed by etching of silicon.

EFFECT: formation of a high-density aerosol is ensured with significantly reduced levels of health risk, as well as standardized less expensive production.
