SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to pharmacy and medicine. The first object is a means for preparing an antibacterial treatment solution, which contains the following components in wt. %: nitrofural 1.0-2.0; furazidine 2.0-8.0; gas-forming element - tartaric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate 20.0-60.0; isotonicity modifier of antibacterial therapeutic solution sodium chloride 20.0-40.0; acidity regulator of antibacterial treatment solution sodium carbonate 10.0-30.0; film-forming system polyvinyl-N-pyrrolidone and macrogol 1.0-10.0; dehumidifying agent zinc sulphate 0.1-5.0. The 2nd object is a method for obtaining the agent according to which a solution of polyvinyl-N-pyrrolidone and macrogoal in a solvent and a powder of tartaric acid, sodium hydrocarbonate, sodium chloride and sodium carbonate are prepared; powder granulation process with polyvinyl-N-pyrrolidone and macrogoal solution is performed in a solvent to obtain granulate; nitrofural, furazidine and zinc sulfate are applied to granulate surface to obtain mixture for tabletting, from which effervescent tablets are formed.
EFFECT: invention increases an antibacterial effect of a treatment solution and fast preparation of the solution using the agent containing a combination of nitrofural and furazidine.
