SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to a means for the rapid preparation of an antibacterial therapeutic solution, containing a combination of nitrofural and furazidine as active substances, which exhibits an antibacterial effect against Bacillus cereus, Esherichia coli, Salmonella abony, Staphylococcus aureus, and to a method for organization of a means for the preparation of an antibacterial therapeutic solution. The means additionally contains 20-60 wt.% of a gas-forming element, 20-40 wt.% of an isotonicity modifier, 10-30 wt.% of an acidity regulator, and 1-6 wt.% of a film-forming system, and in some cases 0.1-5 wt.% of a moisture-absorbing agent. The gas-forming element is tartaric acid and sodium bicarbonate, the isotonic modifier is sodium chloride, the acidity regulator is sodium carbonate, and the film-forming system is polyvinyl-N-pyrrolidone and macrogol. The method includes preparation of a solution of the film-forming system in a solvent and powder by mixing the gas-forming element, the isotonicity modifier, the acidity regulator, granulation of the resulting powder with the solution of the film-forming system in the solvent, while removing the solvent with a flow of heated air to produce granulate, which is then calibrated; nitrofural and furazidine, as well as in some cases the moisture-absorbing agent, are applied to the surface of granulate to obtain a mixture for tableting, from which solid dosage forms are formed, including in the form of effervescent tablets.

EFFECT: invention provides an antibacterial agent with minimal irritant effect due to creation of a solution medium close to a medium of the patient’s mucous membrane.
