SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics and medicine, namely to an antimicrobial pharmaceutical composition in the form of effervescent tablets containing nitrofural. Pharmaceutical composition contains nitrofural as an active substance, auxiliary substances – sodium chloride, a gas-forming mixture and a binder in the amounts specified in the patent claim. Effervescent tablets of nitrofural are produced by wet granulation. If necessary, the nitrofural tablets can additionally contain an acidity regulator, a lubricant and sodium lauryl sulphate.
EFFECT: invention provides wider range of antimicrobial medicinal agents, high granulation effluent for tableting and high strength of tablets for crushing.
