SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to an antimicrobial drug preparation in the form of instant tablets and sachets. Preparation contains the following components, wt. %: nitrofural 1.5–2.5; sodium chloride 8.33–97.0; beta-cyclodextrin 1.5–30.0; excipients - balance. Also disclosed is a method of producing an antimicrobial drug preparation, in which the required amount of sodium chloride and nitrofural is ground, then nitrofural is added to 1/2 or 1/3 of the amount of sodium chloride, mixing is carried out, then beta-cyclodextrin is introduced into the composition, which is wetted with water and mixed until uniform distribution of components, the remaining amount of sodium chloride is added and granulation and pelletizing are performed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the instant drug preparation nitrofural with reduced disintegration time of up to 5–10 minutes, as well as improved stability of the preparation in storage for up to 4–5 years.
