SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and can be used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The method for determining combinations of volatile components in medicinal preparations is characterized by the use of capillary gas-liquid chromatography with flame ionization detection, where a quartz capillary is used, the inner walls of which are coated with a copolymer, an insert for an injector, where the carrier gas flow rate is 1.5 ml/min, injector temperature 220°C, detector temperature 320°C, where the standard solution and ointment or cream are sampled using an internal standard, methanol, water, extracted with hexane and the mixture is stirred at a speed of 3000 rpm for 2 minutes, leave before phase separation, a methanol layer is taken, then a quantitative determination of the concentrations of volatile components contained in the ointment or cream is carried out, and where the volatile components are selected from combinations of camphor with salicylic acid, camphor with benzyl nicotinate and nonivamide, menthol with methyl salicylate.
EFFECT: increase in sensitivity, reproducibility with a decrease in the time of the analytical cycle and when using one analytical method for the determination of active components with different degrees of volatility.
