FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for quantitative determination of ftivazide. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a solution of ftivazide with concentration of 0.2 mg/ml in acetonitrile is treated in an ultrasonic bath, filtered, then under conditions of high-performance liquid chromatography in isocratic mode using ultraviolet detector with wavelength of 330 nm, stationary phase at temperature of 30 °C and a two-component mobile phase consisting of 0.1 M ammonium acetate buffer solution adjusted to pH 7.0 and acetonitrile in ratio of 75 vol./vol.% : 25 vol./vol.%, respectively, where the flow rate of the components of the mobile phase is 1 ml/min, chromatography is carried out, followed by quantitative calculation of the content of ftivazide.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of quantitative determination of ftivazide with high sensitivity and selectivity, as well as providing the possibility of reducing the time required for quantitative determination of ftivazide.
